Like a caterpillar emerging into the brilliance of a butterfly, the process of becoming an effective NLP Trainer is a process of evolution and change. In NLP training, evolution implies openness to change and the challenge that change implies. This openness allows us to balance the task of teaching with the relationship that makes it possible. - Through "evolving our patterns of training", we not only master the ability to communicate content more effectively, we develop the ability to connect with our students (participants?) - at a deeper level in a more holistic way.
- Through "evolving our learning ability" we "learn to learn" from models and mentors from deeper parts of ourselves, and most especially from the groups that we are teaching. This deepens our awareness of the circle of community that is the learning environment, and increases our flexibility within that circle.
- Through "evolving our own inner growth", we move beyond the emotional and psychological limitations of the caterpillar into the self-generated authenticity of the butterfly. We become a compelling reflection of what is possible for others and more compassionate in our teaching. We become clearer about our own training abilities, goals and dreams and much more competent in sharing ourselves with others.
You will explore a wide range of skills, techniques and principles as you begin to master the evolution of authenticity in training. - Strategies for Modeling effective presenters and trainers
